Payment Terms

Consultancy and delivery services

For consultancy and delivery services, payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.

Training services

For training courses, ElectroMind accepts payment online by PayPal and most major debit / credit cards. It is also possile to pay by cheque or by direct transfer to ElectroMind's bank account. Payment must be made at least 72 hours before the course commencement date.

ElectroMind does not normally charge a booking fee. Any Eventbrite booking fees are usually included within the price of the course. You may incur charges from your credit/debit card provider.

Prices shown online are exclusive of VAT and this will be added to the price shown at the standard rate for UK customers. ElectroMind will send you an invoice to confirm the total amount you have paid.

For bookings made within the EU we are obliged to charge VAT unless you are able to supply us with a VAT number - this can be done when registering online.
