Should you need to cancel any training services, written notice of cancellation is required a minimum of 20 working days before the course start date. Cancellation via email will be accepted subject to confirmation. A refund will be issued less a 10% (plus VAT) administration charge.
If the course date falls within the next 20 working days, cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation notice period given:
16 to 19 working days = 25%
11 to 15 working days = 50%
6 to 10 working days = 75%
1 to 5 working days = 100%
Regrettably, no refunds will be issued on special offer prices or early bird ticket purchases and the invoice will remain due. Substitutions are welcome at any time for a small administrative charge.
