For the avoidance of doubt, any postponment of services will be deemed to be a cancellation.
Should you need to cancel any of our public training courses, written notice of cancellation is required a minimum of 20 working days before the course start date. Cancellation via email will be accepted subject to confirmation. A refund will be issued less a 10% (plus VAT) administration charge.
If the date of commencement of the training course falls within the next 20 working days, cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation notice period given:
16 to 19 working days = 25%
11 to 15 working days = 50%
6 to 10 working days = 75%
1 to 5 working days = 100%
Regrettably, no refunds will be issued on special offer prices or early bird ticket purchases and the invoice will remain due. Substitutions of delegates on our training courses are welcome at any time for a small administrative charge. In exceptional circumstances, e.g. where travel to the UK has not been possible for reasons beyond the delegates control, we will do our best to transfer the delegate to the next available course.
