People Skills "Taster" Workshops

Educational and life skills specialist David Hornsby and non-verbal communications guru Chris Whelan plan to work alongside ElectroMind's testing expert Stephen Allott to deliver a new programme on interpersonal skills aimed directly at the software testing marketplace.

Our aim is to show how you can balance your technical skills with the softer skills to achieve your own personal goals which might include:

• Making your testing more efficient and effective
• Doing more testing with fewer resources
• Pushing back on those ridiculous deadlines
• Learning to communicte effectively in a SCRUM team
• Keeping  your job or finding a new one

We're planning to run some half-day and one-day "taster" workshops.
